Sanctions threat over Darfur Crisis

Britain and the US have heightened threats of sanctions against Sudan for its violations of UN resolutions (Daily Telegraph, Financial Times, Independent, Times). The Times reports that Sudan disguised its militaryplanes as UN planes, then used them to bomb Darfur, and the newspapersays in a leader article that such an action should prompt a 'toughresponse.'
